The fine print behind the partnership. By joining the Major Stone affiliate program, you agree to the following in addition to the store terms above.
Anyone 18 or older may apply, but every application is reviewed manually and approval is at our sole discretion. You must provide accurate identity, contact and payment details, keep them up to date, and maintain only one affiliate account per person or business.
You earn a 15% commission on the eligible subtotal of orders placed through your personal referral link. Shipping fees, taxes, discounts and refunded amounts are excluded. Commissions are tracked automatically and visible in your affiliate dashboard.
Referrals are tracked with a 30-day cookie: if a customer clicks your link and orders within 30 days, the sale is credited to you. Clearing cookies, using a different device or clicking another affiliate\u2019s link afterwards may break attribution.
Payouts are processed manually once your approved commission balance reaches the $99 minimum. Payments are sent to the payout method on file in your account. You are responsible for any taxes owed on your affiliate earnings.
Promote honestly: no spam, no misleading or exaggerated health claims, no fake reviews, and no bidding on our brand terms in paid search without written permission. Any advertising must include a clear affiliate disclosure where required by law (e.g. FTC guidelines).
Commissions on orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back or identified as fraudulent may be reversed or withheld. Commissions earned on your own purchases (self-referrals) are not eligible and will be removed.
Either party may end the partnership at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud or damage the brand — in such cases unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Legitimately earned balances remain payable after a standard termination.

Wholesale is open to registered businesses purchasing for resale. Apply through our wholesale page — every application is reviewed and approval is at our sole discretion. We may request business documentation before activating your account.
Approved partners see wholesale pricing inside the wholesale portal. Pricing is exclusive to approved partners, may vary by volume tier, and is subject to change with reasonable notice. Promotional retail offers do not apply to wholesale orders.
Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply as specified in the wholesale portal. Orders below the minimum cannot be processed. Volume tiers with improved pricing may be available — ask our team for details.
All wholesale orders are placed through the wholesale portal. Payment is due in full before shipment unless written credit terms have been agreed. We accept the payment methods listed in the portal.
Wholesale shipping rates and lead times are shown in the portal at checkout. Inspect your delivery on arrival — report damaged, defective or short shipments within 7 days so we can make it right. Claims after that window may not be honored.
Resell only through your approved channels. Listing our products on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay or Walmart) requires our prior written approval. Do not misrepresent the products, alter packaging, or make unauthorized health claims in your marketing.
Wholesale orders are final sale, except for products that arrive damaged or defective — those will be replaced or credited once reported within the 7-day window above. The 30-day retail satisfaction guarantee does not apply to wholesale purchases.
Either party may end the wholesale relationship at any time with written notice. We may suspend or terminate partner accounts for violations of these terms, unauthorized resale activity, or overdue balances. Outstanding invoices remain payable after termination.
